I want to thank the following folks for all their help with my Art Work,
and Web Site.
Thank you Nan Wire for getting me started in the Watercolor
world that has made such a change to my life.
CopyWorks in Portland, OR, is my printer. They are real artisans
when it comes to printing my cards and working with my originals.
CopyWorks has become MinuteMan Presses, with several locations in Portland.
My thanks to Dawn for introducing me to her husband,
George Petroutsas of WWW.IMTHEGREEK.COM. He
helped with all the things I got stuck on while getting up my Web Site.
He was instrumental in getting my desktop down off my Web Page! He was also
a great help with Photoshop tricks.
My thanks to Glenn Greys for getting me started with my Web Site.
My thanks to my daughter, Barbara and her husband, Dave, for all the encouragement,
and suggestions over the years. Barb inspired her mother
to learn HTML, and I was
more than a little pleased with myself, when she admitted
I had learned far more than she,
(working on a Masters Degree) knew about the Web.
That was a proud day for Mom!
Dave has been my mat cutter on most of my larger projects,
and both are a wonderful part of my life.
These are all sites I used to learn the HTML code for my web site
I read them all! After reading the same thing in so many different ways,
it finally sunk in! I started with www.bulletinboards.com learning
how to edit basic text. Then went to the following to learn about links, image
insertion, and tables. I also read about frames, and determined that tables were not only
easier to use, but are easier for your visitors browser.
Now that it is 2009, I remember only a few of these sites, and although still able to read and edit in HTML, my skills
with Web Optimization are lagging. I have not attempted to re-read these sites, so they may not still be active in 2009!
